Digital Marketing + Programmatic Media Specialist

Duration: Freelance to Full-Time

Job Description:

This is a newly created role for our client.  The company is looking for someone to bring their recommendations on best practices, tools to use, and how to best drive demand generation/digital marketing tactics forward. 

  • Help coach/mentor their demand generation team (SEO Specialist, SEM Specialist, Social Media Specialist) on best practices and lead channel strategies to best drive execution

  • Help develop and enhance audience segmentation and competitive analysis

  • Evaluate the customer decision journey, media mix, and partner recommendation

  • Lead meetings and presentations

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years' experience in digital media, SEO, display and/or social marketing, ideally as a Sr. Media Specialist or Media Supervisor

  • 2-4+ years' using data and information to drive specific targeting and recommendations

  • Programmatic/native experience (required) - the client does not currently have a tool for this, so open to your recommendations.

  • Strong digital marketing experience - SEM, SEO, social (paid and organic), programmatic media experience

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMRush

  • Experience mentoring/coaching colleagues on best practices

  • Previous digital agency experience preferred

  • B2B industry experience is a plus
