Our client, a fast-growing mid-size company in the Atlanta area is looking to hire a Data/Business Intelligence Engineer. This is a brand-new role that will sit on the Innovation and Technology team and will play a pivotal role in building out the company’s analytics department. High potential to evolve into a leadership role with additional responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze processes/workflows to improve efficiency and improve data collection

  • Collect, analysis, and report data from internal data sources for the purpose of informing company leaders to better guide decisions and strategy

  • Establish and maintain executive and manager level dashboards as well as project dashboards

  • Identify data trends and provide recommendations to improve internal processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Related disciplines

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in BI and SQL

  • Passion for processes, workflows, efficiency with a keen attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload

  • Active communicator, desire to learn new skills, and critical thinker
